You can manage multiple Facebook accounts in addition to your personal one. After creating a business account, you can switch between your personal and business accounts to post, comment and like photos. You switch between the two on the top right corner from the drop down menu.
The activity tab at the very top left corner of your business page will show your notifications, (likes, comments, shares, wall posts, etc.) direct messages, page feed and scheduled posts.
Hover over the camera icon on your profile picture, and you will have the option to upload a new profile photo. You can either choose from photos on your Facebook page or Upload a photo from your computer.
Hover over the camera icon in the top left corner of your cover photo and the “Change Cover” option will appear. Click on it to view the drop-down menu and choose from photos on your Facebook page or upload a photo from your computer.
By clicking the Photo/Video tab on your homepage, you will have the option to upload a single photo/video or an entire photo album that will be archived.
When writing a post or uploading a picture, you can click on the clock icon under the post. This will allow you to schedule a post in advance. You can choose the date and the time that you would like it to be automatically sent.
After clicking on the clock icon, there is a drop-down menu located in the smaller box. Here is the option to choose schedule or backdate post. Backdating allows you to write a post/upload a photo and have it appear on your newsfeed on a previous date
Another way to upload an album of pictures or a video is to click on the Photo tabs at the top of your profile page (right underneath your cover photo). Once you click on the photo tab, you have the option to upload multiple photos as an album and/or video(s).
At the top of your page above your cover photo, there’s a drop-down menu under “Build Audience.” You can promote your page by inviting your friends on Facebook to like your page or by paying for promotions/ads.
